BUILDING YOUR DREAM HOME
Once planning and any other consents have been received, we then prepare tender drawings, specification and scope of works to brief the contractors on your behalf. We can manage the tender process, commission the contractors and be the single contact for our client.
We will discuss your aims and vision for your home in detail as well as your priorities so we can forecast a realistic budget for construction. At the same time, we’ll explore the properties functionality in terms of space and design.
ON-SITE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once the project commences we will manage the build on your behalf. This involves regular visits onsite to ensure the building work continues to reflect the vision and drawings throughout the different stages of the project – from foundations and roof to first & second fixing, finishes and snagging.
This is where we bring everything to life, through 3 different design stages. Starting with initial design sketches, then progressing to 2D CAD drawings. The final stage following planning permission approval is a detailed technical design proposal to help our clients visualise the build.
PRE-PURCHASE HOUSE SURVEYS
We can undertake a survey of a property prior to purchase and advise on matters such as conditions, defects and remedies and the need for any specialist investigation.
Our successful working relationships with many local authorities throughout Ireland means we can provide a comprehensive planning service for all building matters.
